Ali Elquammah
Dr AliElquammah, based out of Morocco, is currently the Dean of HEM Business School.At HEM Business School. Dr. Elquammah isalso a Professor and Director in charge of all issues and matters pertaining tothe organization internationally such as international relations andaccreditations. Prior to this, he occupied many positions as a GeneralSecretary attached to the President of HEM, Director of the ExecutiveEducation, Director of International Affairs. Prior to HEM BS, he was a SeniorAnalyst - Business Intelligence at EchoStar Corporation in the United States.He has also worked as a Senior Information Analyst at Merrill Lynch for fiveyears.
He holds aPhD in Management Sciences, an MBA, and a Master of Science in ComputerInformation Systems. His majorprofessional/academic work includes articles and case studies on thehomeostasis of stability and change to succeed an implementation of an EnterpriseSystem. Dr Elquammah has become Chairman of the Board of the Association forAfrican Business Schools (AABS) in January 2018, a member of the SteeringCommittee of the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD-MEA)since 2012, and a member of the steering committee of PRME (Principles ofResponsible Management Education) since 2016. He has an overall experience ofover 28 years in the Higher Education field and the IT & DigitalTransformation industry both in Morocco and in the United States.
Franklyn Manu
Professor Manu is a Professor at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and was the Rector from August 2012 to August 2016. He previously served as Dean of the GIMPA Business School. He has over thirty years of experience in consulting, training, and education. During this period, he has exhibited extensive capabilities in strategic planning, programme, design and assessment in higher education. He has been heavily involved in designing and reviewing programmes to improve university and corporate education in such institutions as Loyola College in Maryland (USA), Morgan State University (USA), Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), Association of African Business Schools, Global Business School Network, International Academy of African Business and Development, Ghana National Accreditation Board. Currently, he is the Chairman of the Accreditation Committee of the Association of African Business Schools.
Grafton Whyte
Professor Grafton Whyte was the former board chair of the Association of African Business Schools (AABS), is the Director of the Namibia Business School (NBS) at the University of Namibia (UNAM), Namibia, Visiting Professor of Business at the Graduate School of Business Management (GSBM) at Cape Peninsula University of Science and Technology (CPUT), South Africa, and, former Director of the Harold Pupkewitz Graduate School of Business (HPGSB) at the Namibia University of Science and Technology (NUST), Namibia.
Henry Yatich
Dr Henry YATICH holds Ph.D in Strategic Management with a Postdoctoral Training in Research and Supervision from University of Stellenbosch, SA. He is an avid Research Fellow and Strategic Management Consultant with research focus on Lifelong Learning, Skill Development, Diversity and Inclusion in Higher Education and TVET Sector. He is currently, the Ag. Principal, College of Graduate Studies and Research (CGSR) at Mount Kenya University. Previously, he has served as the Dean, School of Business and Economics (MKU-Kenya) 2019-2021, Director, University Teaching Programmes (2019), Director, Technical Support, Content Development & Design (2018-2019), Senior Administrator (2016-2017), Registrar, School of Business and Economics (2015-2016), Deputy Director, Finance Administration & Planning and Management (2014), and Programme Coordinator, School of Business and Economics in 2013-2014. Prior to this, he served as institutional head at Alphax College, a TVET institution in Kenya.
